Because ink on dark fabric needs a white underbase, which shifts colours. We build the underbase layer and adjust the palette per garment colour rather than sending one file for all.
Typically 28 to 30 cm wide for an adult front print, scaled down for smaller sizes. Printing one size across an entire run makes it look wrong on both XS and XXL.
