Print binding works in multiples of four, so eight, twelve, sixteen and twenty-four are the practical sizes. We plan content to fit one of those rather than leaving blank pages at the back.
We structure it and edit for fit, and we can write it from your material for an additional fee. Most clients supply raw content and we shape it.
Yes. We export a separate screen PDF with single pages, hyperlinks live and file size compressed, because the print file is usually too heavy to email.
