Merchandise Design questions
Because print methods differ. Screen printing needs colour separations, embroidery needs simplified shapes and thicker strokes, DTG needs a high-resolution raster. One file cannot serve all three well.
Fewer is cheaper: each colour is another screen. Two or three colours usually gives the best balance of impact and unit cost.
