A cut through the sticker but not the backing, so the sticker peels off a square sheet. It is the standard for sheets and packs. A through cut separates each sticker entirely.
Yes, though both change how artwork is built. Transparent needs a white underprint layer where you want opacity, and we supply that as a separate named layer.
Yes, they are usually cut vinyl rather than printed, so the artwork has to be pure vector with no gradients and no fine detail below about a centimetre.
