The longer answer
Gather evidence before doing anything else: screenshots with visible dates, URLs, and where you first saw it. Then write to the legal desk. Where the mark is one we designed, our records of authorship and the signed assignment are strong evidence of your position.
What you will get back is a realistic account of the options rather than a promise of an outcome. Some of these resolve with a letter; some are not worth the cost of pursuing, and you deserve to be told which one you are looking at.
