Inside 24 hours is normal and 48 is the outside limit for logo work. Animation runs to 72 hours because rendering and revision cycles are slower. Those are the parts we control.
The part we do not control is feedback, and it is almost always the longer half. A project that takes three weeks usually contains nineteen days of waiting for a decision and two days of drawing. If there is a hard date, say so up front and the queue rearranges around it.
