Send the brief or pick up the phone. There is nothing to pay to have that first conversation, and no card is taken to get a quote. Once you are happy with the plan and the price, we take payment and a designer starts.
The longer answer
There are three routes in and none of them costs anything: the brief form, the phone, or a direct email to one of the two named sales reps. The brief form is the most efficient because it asks the questions we would otherwise have to ask you, but a phone call works perfectly well if you would rather talk it through.
Nothing is charged until you have seen a scope and a price and said yes to both. There is no card taken to produce a quote.
