That is your call, and we design to it. A refresh keeps the silhouette so it reads as tidying up. A redesign changes the mark outright and needs announcing. We show you both before you commit.
Yes. Redrawing from a flat image is routine. You get proper vector artwork at the end of it, which is usually worth the exercise on its own.
No. We supply a rollout order so the highest-visibility items change first and printed stock can be used up rather than binned.
