What registration actually gives you
A logo you own is yours to use. A logo you have registered is yours to defend. We prepare and file the paperwork with the USPTO, the official US trademark office, so a competitor cannot legally trade on the mark you just paid for.
What is included
- We run a clearance search first and tell you honestly if the name is likely to clash
- We prepare and file the application with the USPTO for you
- We reply to the examiner on your behalf if they come back with questions
- Trademark filing does not replace the separate $499 logo copyright assignment certificate
What it costs
Our filing service is $599, plus $350 for each class your business needs. The USPTO charges its own government filing fee per class, paid directly to them.
How the filing runs
- 1A clearance search runs first, and you get an honest read on the risk rather than a green light.
- 2Classes are selected around what you actually sell, not everything you might one day sell.
- 3The application is filed with the USPTO with the specimen and description prepared properly.
- 4If an examiner comes back with questions, the response is drafted and filed for you.
