Do you publish apps to the App Store and Google Play?
We do. Listing copy, screenshots and submission are handled through to approval, including dealing with any rejection. The source code, the back end and the store accounts are all in your name.
The longer answer
Yes, submission to both stores is part of app projects, including responding to review feedback if a submission comes back with questions.
The developer accounts themselves are yours: Apple and Google each charge their own fees and each holds the account in your name, which is the right arrangement — an app published under a supplier’s account is a hostage.
